NOTICE OF THE PART 1 AMENDMENT PROCESS AND AMENDMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME AND FINAL LAYOUT FOR THE HARTBEEST WIND ENERGY FACILITY AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE (REF: 14/12/16/3/3/2/961) NEAR MOORREESBURG, WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE  

AVAILABILITY OF THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMME REPORT (EMPR) AND LAYOUT FOR PUBLIC REVIEW  

Please note that SiVEST SA (Pty) Ltd has been appointed by Hartebeest Wind Farm (Pty) Ltd as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) for the abovementioned project.  

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that, in accordance with the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) (NEMA) (as amended), the Final Environmental Programme Report (EMPR) and final layout for the above-mentioned project will be available for public comment and review from 18 January 2024 to 19 February 2024 (end of business day).
